From Scratch – Apple Pie
Mmm…real butter made with tart apples and crumble top, a la mode ice cream: Cinnamon, Caramel or Ginger. For a real twist, ask your soda jerk for a Hot Apple Pie Shake with hot caramel sauce and cold vanilla ice cream.
New Homemade Apple Cider Soda!
Fresh, Local Apple Cider is reduced on simmer to an amber elixir, while brown sugars bring out a natural nutty aroma. On these warm October Days, it’s more refreshing, easier to digest, and less sweet than the straight sweet stuff. “Bob” your straw into some Caramel Ice Cream for a “Caramel Apple Cider Float.”

Candied Spy & Smokehouse Apples
Red candied apples are a classic October treat in Pennsylvania. Or try one dipped in caramel made with brown sugar and spiced with cinnamon, then rolled in salted pecans.
Available Weekends Only.
“Seville” Orange Opera Creams
We spun Seville Orange Creams to celebrate Opera Philadelphia’s 40th Anniversary and to toast the performers in “The Barber of Seville.” Similar to a buttercream, these confections are made with local heavy cream in lieu of butter for a richer, silkier center. Sprinkled with Orange Blossom Water (made from Seville Oranges, of course!) and orange zest, we’ll continue making these specially flavored Opera Creams the year round!
Click HERE to watch how they’re made.
Bar of the Month: Tradestone Confections Maple Pumpkin Caramel Bar
