We created Hazelnut “Chocolate Thunder” Ice Cream at the request of the Philadelphia 76ers. A Malted Chocolate Hazelnut Ice Cream with Chocolate Covered Hazelnut “Backboard Chunks” – a sweet memorial flavor of Sixers’ legend Darryl Dawkins.

Panorama and Shane Confectionery are pairing six different wines with six artisanal, specialty chocolates. Space is limited.

Chocolate and Madeira Wine, for your Valentine

Shane Confectionery and the Rare Wine Company bring you a tasting that pairs historical Madeira wines with our new line of single origin house-made chocolates. Guided by Shane Co-Owner Eric Berley and chocolate maker Kevin Paschall, guests will sample four wines and four chocolates, carefully paired together.
